Ordering & Products

Do you have a minimum order?

No. We have zero minimums. You can order a single 3" x 3" transfer or a 300-foot gang
sheet run. Our pricing scales with volume, so the more you order, the more you save - but we'll never turn down a small order.

How long does production take?

Most DTF transfer orders are produced in 24–48 hours. Orders placed before 2PM
typically begin production the same day. Custom apparel orders (where we press the
transfers onto garments) take 48–72 hours. We'll always notify you of any delays before
they affect your shipping date.

Can I order a sample before placing a large order?

Absolutely. We offer a Sample Pack that includes 1 custom t-shirt and 2 printed gang
sheets with your artwork. It's the best way to see the quality in person before scaling up.

You can also order a single small gang sheet or transfer by size to test print quality.

What's your refund or reprint policy?

If an error is caused by us - a printer defect, color issue, or production mistake - we
will reprint your order at no charge. If the issue is caused by your file (low resolution,
incorrect colors, wrong dimensions), we will contact you before printing so you can fix it.
We don't issue refunds on correctly printed orders, but we'll always work with you to find a solution.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes. Once you've placed an order, save your original PNG file and you can upload it
again anytime for a repeat order. We don't store customer files on our end for privacy
reasons, so keep your original artwork saved.

Files & Artwork

What file format do you accept?

PNG only. Your file must have a transparent background (no white fill), be at least 300
DPI, and be in RGB color mode. See our full File Requirements page for details.

My file is less than 300 DPI. Can you still print it?

We can print files down to 150 DPI, but print quality will be reduced and visible at normal
viewing distance. We'll notify you before printing any low-resolution file and give you the option to approve or replace it.

Do you offer design services?

Yes. We offer basic art services including background removal, file cleanup, and
format conversion. Complex design work (logos, illustrations, etc.) is quoted separately.

Can I send a vector file (AI, SVG, EPS)?

We need PNG files for printing. If you have a vector file, please export it as a PNG at
300 DPI with a transparent background before uploading. If you're not sure how to do this, contact us and we can convert it for you.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is available for select countries -
contact us for a quote before ordering.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all DTF transfer orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a
flat shipping rate based on package size and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How are transfers shipped?

Gang sheets are rolled in a protective tube mailer for sizes over 24". Smaller sheets and
single transfers are shipped flat in rigid mailers to prevent creasing. All orders include tracking.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush production (same-day shipping on orders placed before 2PM) is available on most DTF transfer orders at no extra charge if submitted early enough. For guaranteed rush shipping, contact us before placing your order and we'll confirm availability.

Pressing & Application

Where do you ship?

320°F (160°C) for most fabrics. Reduce to 300°F for 100% polyester and 280°F for
nylon and performance fabrics. Always do a test press on a scrap piece first. See our full

Can I use a regular iron instead of a heat press?

We strongly advise against it. A household iron does not provide consistent temperature and pressure across the full design area, which leads to peeling edges and poor adhesion.

A basic flat heat press (available for under $200) is the minimum recommended tool for
pressing DTF transfers.

What if my transfer isn't adhering properly?

Check your temperature, pressure, and time settings. The most common issues are
insufficient pressure or temperature that's slightly too low. Make sure your garment is prepressed for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture before applying the transfer. Contact us if the issue persists - we want every press to be perfect.
